Refund policy

14 day cooling off period (EU Only)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days of receiving your goods for a refund.

The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. If this date falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

This right applies only to consumers in the EU and only to unused, undamaged items returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

How to cancel a purchase

To cancel a purchase, you must clearly inform us of your decision. Simply returning the goods without notifying us is not sufficient.

We can provide a returns form for you to complete, but you may also notify us by email or by including a written statement inside the return parcel.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.

Return shipping costs

  • If the items are faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (including change of mind), return shipping must be paid by the customer.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Packaged securely to prevent damage in transit

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, used, or not in a resellable condition.

 

Unclaimed, Refused, or Undeliverable Parcels (Including Customs Issues)

If a shipment cannot be delivered or is returned to us because the buyer:

  • refuses to provide required customs information,

  • refuses to pay import duties or taxes,

  • provides an incomplete or incorrect address,

  • does not collect the parcel from customs or a local pickup point, or

  • otherwise prevents successful delivery,

the package will be returned to us.

In these cases, any refund will be issued minus:

  • original shipping costs,

  • return shipping costs,

  • any carrier or customs return charges, and

  • a 10% restocking fee.

Items returned due to customs refusal or non-collection do not qualify for full refunds.

 

Getting a refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.


Refund of Original Shipping Fees

  • If the order is canceled under the EU cooling-off rules and the return is properly made, we will refund the standard outbound shipping charge.

  • Express or enhanced shipping services are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are never refundable when the return is due to buyer error, customs refusal, or unclaimed parcels.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
